Jessica and Mark, the knowledgeable, friendly and easygoing Innkeepers, delight in helping their guests thoroughly enjoy their visit.

Cuisine

Jessica has created a healthy, delicious (and colorful) menu specifically for this retreat.  The menu reflects the best of what's in season and incorporates locally grown fruit, vegetables and herbs as much as possible to provide a unique culinary treat.  

Delights

Mornings are devoted to your transformation with attunement to and practice with the first four Colors of the Color Shift Program - Violet to release the past, Pink to embrace the Truth of who you are, blue to embody your Truth, and Green to stay in your Truth, no matter what. Afternoons are devoted to relaxation and experiencing the natural beauty of St. Thomas.  We will spend a day at Magen’s Bay, consistently voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and go on a kayak and snorkel eco-tour to experience the beauty of underwater St. Thomas as well. Other afternoons will be spent lounging by the pool, having individual sessions with Cynthia, or free time to walk down the hill and explore historic Charlotte Amelie. You will be given time and guidance to reflect, release, and relax.

At the end of the retreat you will be refreshed, renewed, and restored, and have a deeper, clearer understanding of who you are and your life’s next steps.

What’s Included

The retreat includes The Color Shift program, all meals and snacks home-made by Jessica, and transportation to and entrance costs for all activities. You will also be provided with a collection of crystals and a Color Shift Journal and colored pencils to use during the retreat. You will also receive a Color Shift crystal and lava bead bracelet with a specially chosen essential oil and a locally made herbal tea to help you to remember the wonderful experience of the retreat when you get home.

Transportation to and from St. Thomas and transportation to and from At Home In the Tropics is not provided. At Home In the Tropics can arrange a taxi pick-up for you.
